Cheap Peter Pan - The Never Ending Story tickets at the Manchester Arena

The Show

See the magical boy who never grew up in a live adventure you’ll never forget. Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story World Arena Tour is a high-flying, hi-tech fantasy adventure that combines the drama and excitement of live theatre with the epic visuals of a blockbuster movie.

Co-starring the lovely Stacey Solomon as Tinkerbell, it's theatre… with added fairy dust.

The Story

As the Darling children lie in bed, Peter Pan flies in to watch them sleep. His presence alerts Mrs Darling and Peter flees, but leaves his shadow behind in the commotion.

After returning to the Darling house to retrieve his shadow, Peter wakes Wendy, Michael and John and persuades them to join him on a magical flight to the heart of Neverland. The Darling children journey to Neverland island, where Lost Boys, Indians, mermaids and pirates await them in a series of amazing adventures.

Venue Info

Manchester Arena

The Manchester Arena is situated at Victoria Station near the Printworks in central Manchester. Built in 1995, this 21,000 seat venue was a joint design venture by companies DLA Ellerbe Beckett, Ove Arup & Partners and Austin-Smith: Lord.

On the Manchester Arena’s opening night, 15,000 spectators watched Olympic Gold Medal-winners Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean perform on the ice. The event was the best-attended ice-skating performance of all time. Among the many notable personalities to have graced the Arena’s stage since then are Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue, boxer Amir Khan and Lee Evans.

Today, the Manchester Arena enjoys consistent success and is one of the major centres in the North in which to see touring musicals, big-name music concerts and a wide range of sporting events.

The venue attracts over one million visitors each year and was named International Venue of the Year in 2002. That same year, U2 played at the Arena in front of 19,384 fans - the biggest audience on their European Elevation Tour. Lead singer Bono declared the Arena to be the best venue in the country following the band’s performance.

In 2010 the Arena held its 15th anniversary party, which included performances by Alexandra Burke, Pixie Lott, Beverley Knight, The Saturdays and Peter Kay.

The layout, size and atmosphere of the Manchester Arena make it the perfect place to see rock and pop gigs, stand-up comedy and children’s events. Recent successes include Morrissey, the UK tour of Jesus Christ Superstar and Disney on Ice: Passport to Adventure.

Whatever you decide to see at the Manchester Arena, we wish you an entertaining and rewarding visit.
