About Salvador and Amanda

Inspired by Spain’s new wave of stylish bars which combine tapas with cocktails and music, Salvador & Amanda captures their essential vibrancy. It’s relaxed and informal, where a cosmopolitan café crowd can linger over a cocktail.

Salvador & Amanda draws on the influences of what the Spanish call ‘the real Spain’, principally cities such as Madrid, Bilbao, Logroño and San Sebastian. Its philosophy is based on the golden triumvirate of “Bar y Tapas y Fiesta”. With a late license, it has an ideal placement on the boundary of Covent Garden and Soho.
