Inspired by the chart-topping albums, Dreamboats and Petticoats was brought to London in the Playhouse Theatre thanks to the writing team behind Goodnight Sweetheart and Birds Of A Feather.

In 1961 emotions run high as talented young musicians Norman and Bobby compete in a songwriting contest to achieve their rock 'n' roll dreams and win the hearts of their respective crushes Laura and Sue – but who are Laura and Sue falling for? And can musical Laura help them have the edge in beating their competition?
