Q - What are the age restrictions for children?
A – Please note babies and toddlers are
not admitted to the theatre. General guidelines state that age 5 years and over is recommended but
more specific age limits may apply with differing productions. Children must be able to sit, unaided,
in their own seat and be attentive to the performance so as not to distract other paying members of
the audience. Admittance to the auditorium shall always be at the discretion of the management.
Q – Where can my tickets be posted?
A – Tickets will only ever be posted to the
UK billing address of the credit card holder except if the performance is within 5 days where tickets
are left for collection at the box office within half an hour before the performance start time.
Q – Where can I collect my tickets from?
A – If your tickets are left for
collection at the theatre box office they can be collected within half an hour before the performance
start time
Q – What happens if my tickets are lost?
A – Please note if you
loose your tickets or the tickets are lost in transit please contact us and we will try and duplicate
tickets for collection at the box office on the night. Please note we are not always able to duplicate
tickets and if we are we will only ever leave tickets for collection at the box office, for security
reasons we NEVER send out duplicate tickets
Q - Is there a dress code for West End
Theatres?

most theatres, so you can wait in comfort.
